  You pay 18 percent tip automaticly and the prices here are same as dc. Except its a small bar with limited bartending skills. Waitresses dont care they been working there for a long time and just want to smoke their hookah and pass the day. This place is no longer mainly for the public its set up to satisfy the new owners friends where they are the only customers and only ones that servers needs to pay attention to. There is no plan for this place to attract other customers, and i expect it to shut down. They need to change everything there.

  Extremely bad service. I remember it being better. When we(group of 6) walked in the waitress was rude and had told us that they only had 4 flavored and kitchen was still not open. Even though we decided to stay and order two hookahs she kept being rude. The way she treated as was if she was doing as a favor. She dropped check 5 minutes later and was waiting for us to pay while smoking with a customer that was sitting next to us. We didn't tip (even though she tried to automatically charge us 18%)

  I would have also put zero star because the service was horrible. It is because now there is 20% tip included in the bill without any notification to customers. It doesn't say anywhere on the menu when we argued about it, the answer was it is already included because that is the new system with the new owner. No wonder the waitress had horrible service and kept smoking her own hookah and didn't care about our food or hookah and also out of any flavor of hookah you asked.
